We are very pleased with our new kitchen from Utopia, which has more than met our expectations and totally changed our kitchen. A slick and co-ordinated operation with good communication from concept to finish of installation. Richard and Simon could not do enough, their installation supply chain team were brilliant especially Christian (kitchen fitter) and Neil (electrician). We could not fault them, coupled with the fact as part of the installation process a WhatApps group was set up for the project team. We would not hesitate to recommend Utopia.

Utopia were absolutely fantastic in providing us with our new kitchen. Working with them was great in the design phase, lots of useful discussions and they were always ready to listen and work with us on how we wanted it to look. Simon was incredibly patient with all our changes and talking us through everything.
The finalisation of drawings, review of products and ordering all went incredibly smoothly and it was great having the WhatsApp group connecting us all together, including with our builder.
Installation was a dream and Matt, our installer, was brilliant with his attention to detail. There were no issues at all where things needed to be sent back and replaced if they were not to spec/damaged (very few, but really appreciated that quality control).
All in all it was a great experience. Thanks all.

The whole Utopia team have been fantastic from start to finish and we are so delighted with our end product. The design process was very collaborative and the team listened to what we wanted and came up with a brilliant initial design that we then tweaked to get exactly what we wanted. This was part of a wider house project (which was inevitably delayed) and the Utopia team were super flexible on when they managed to fit the kitchen itself. SO SO happy with our new kitchen. Simon was just fantastic at creating the design we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Keith the fitter is also a wonderful guy and just brilliant at what he does. He did a fantastic job. We had a small problem with our Quooker tap due to a capping issue and Simon came round to the house personally to deliver the part that was required.

In terms of the quality, we are really pleased with it and it is very competitively priced. It is a top product and rivals many of the big brands out there. I really couldn't rate them any better. Thank you so much to Simon and all the team!!

We are thrilled with our new kitchen and a year on it still looks gorgeous. We had been researching for a few months and we had quotes from mainstream kitchen retailers to high end bespoke kitchen suppliers. We were so pleasantly surprised with the attention to details and the care that Rick and James put in designing the kitchen. My second kitchen from Utopia. My first was 12 years ago. And very little has changed, other than there is now even more valuable experience within the Company. Always Great attention to detail and making sure every step of the way that I was fully involved and briefed and updated about progress. Nothing too much bother and no great sense of rushing me to make the decision to proceed until I was fully satisfied with the composition of the kitchen. In a block of apartments, they were also very aware of the need to be considerate of close neighbours. Always a big decision but very pleased indeed that I chose Utopia once again. The no risk choice. A small space which needed their creativity to get the best results.

We cannot recommend Utopia enough, they were brilliant and we love our kitchen. When we started looking for places we knew we wanted to support a local business as opposed to a big chain where the communication, support and quality of work would be better. Utopia didn't disappoint, great quality and hardly any stress involved as the team know their stuff and what to do. The team and contractors they use were extremely professional, polite and helpful. I wish they did other rooms as we would use them in a heartbeat. Overall 10 out of 10

Very good experience. Can be very stressful doing a kitchen project. But having a team like utopia who can help you along the way with everything Made it much more helpful and enjoyable. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen from Utopia, the quality is excellent and this is the second time we have used them, as they did such a good job the first time. James designed the kitchen to our specification, patiently amending and suggesting things until I was happy, and Mark the installer did a fantastic job turning the design into reality. We also needed some building work to prepare the room and the recommended contractors were great. Everyone involved in the project was friendly and helpful, with everything done to a high standard.
