About Utopia Kitchens
Richard Woodason, the owner of Utopia Kitchens, has been a familiar face in the kitchen industry for over 35 years. He started off working in retail, getting to know and understand the nature of many different kitchen brands while working in different showrooms. Then, in 1995, he decided to take the plunge and set up his own company; Initially trading as Utopia Designs, Richard’s real passion and specialism was always kitchen design and installation over other types of interior work, and so in 2003, he renamed the company Utopia Kitchens to better reflect what they do best. Richard brought to life his vision of building a strong team, filled with likeminded, passionate designers who you will have the pleasure of working with on your new kitchen project.
A Solid Reputation for Service and Success
With a trusted and highly valued team of industry experts around him, Richard and the Utopia team have worked exceptionally hard to grow the business, quickly developing a reputation for solid customer service, a dedicated work ethic, and beautiful, lasting kitchens. Prior to the Covid pandemic this reputation became the very cornerstone of their business, with Utopia never having to advertise due to the steady influx of customer referrals.
Today, this is very much still the case, and Utopia Kitchens is a strong and thriving business. With the customer at the heart of every decision taken the team deliver beautiful, genuinely bespoke kitchens, giving their clients the best possible design, service, and value on every project undertaken.

Crowthorne Kitchen Design Showroom
Our showroom where we offer our Crowthorne kitchen design services is easy to find and with free car parking available either on site or with free street parking just a few minutes walk from us. We are open by appointment only so on confirmation of your booking we will send you a link with our full address details. Our kitchen design service is free of charge and we service all of Berkshire and across Surrey including Finchampstead, Barkham, Ascot, Bracknell, Sandhurst, Hook, Fleet, Woking, Guildford, Farnborough, Reading, and more!
